Due to popular demand ie. everyone needing a bit of a break after a long ride on Sundays The Monday evening rides organised by NCG Hythe are now on Tuesday evenings until further notice.
Meet outside the Red Lion Pub in Hythe at 18:20 to roll out at 18:30. A 25 mile no drop ride across the Marsh*, up onto the escarpment and back down across the Marsh to Hythe, arriving back approx 20:10.
For the first few rides either end of the season, a good set of lights is recommended. As the ride starts and stops outside the Red Lion Pub the chance of a pint of your favourite at the end of the day is always an option.
*Pace is 16mph+ (HCC Club Intermediate Group). If you are looking to start cycling with a group – pop along to Hythe Cycling Club on Sunday morning and join the Progression Rides or Steady Group.
