So yesterday was my second ever race in cyclocross at the Army Championships.
What was I thinking!
After a few practice laps and changing of tyre pressures to create the best grip, I headed to the start line where I was gridded on the back row.
The start was very fast into a climb and then into the woods, as the pace settled I managed to recover from the start and settled into my rhythm.
After a few excursion’s with obstacles and sandpits I managed to complete the 7 laps.
I enjoyed every bit of the experience and I now look forward to next season!
