I was joined by Fiona today to lead Pan Flat Romney Marsh without any promise of cake!!!
With four ladies, the group of 6 enjoyed the flat sunny lanes of the beautiful Romney Marsh. 26 degrees was very nice.
An extra two miles to the advertised ride was agreed by all to practice changing gear and feeling the difference when riding into a tail wind and a head wind. Its easy to sit in the same gear and wear yourself out rather than choosing an easier one and riding with less effort.
Our return route met the pigs, again, who were wooed by Carol’s crunchy wrapper – a technique Sam demonstrated last time and it worked a treat…how did she know that?!?!?
