Steve and Ryan had their work cut out when we arrived this morning! Tyres needed pumping up, gears unsticking and chains needed oiling and there was even time for a spot of retail therapy before we set off!!

Thank you both for your help in getting us out on the road on time!

Pan Flat Romney Marsh had three new ladies today join regular Julie and Carol to enjoy another clear blue sky and practically wind free mornings rides out along the quiet lanes of the marsh.

We started with a bike check to familiarise ourselves with the parts of the bike that need checking. After a check on clothes and helmets we set off to enjoy a 12 mile ride as a group. We stopped often at junctions or points of interest along the way.
The pigs have grown since a fortnight ago!! Back at the shop we enjoyed a post ride natter and a coffee and cake too.

Join us in two weeks time for another easy ride around the lanes. If you are new to cycling or not been out for a long time on your bike, you won’t regret digging the bike out and coming along to this ride. We promise.

As always thanks to Sam and Heidi and sorry that Fiona got stuck in traffic trying to join us this week, we missed you!!
